What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from Belluw. You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of the date of receipt. Items must be unused and in “as new” condition with all packaging and tags/tags attached. We must physically receive the return within those 30 days to be eligible, so we recommend using a tracking service to do so. We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but during peak periods, please allow up to 14 days to process your refund.
If the item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, worn or damaged, we will not be able to refund you. In this case, we will have to send the item back to you and ask you to bear the shipping costs.
If you are returning an item that was not purchased from us, we will do our best to contact you with the details provided in the package. We would be happy to send these back to you.

You will receive confirmation via email after receiving your item, and once your return refund has been processed, and we aim to process returns within one week of receiving them.
If you send it back through the service without tracking, it will take up to 14 days from the time we should receive your item to process your refund.
Can I exchange items?
Yes, of course, if you need the same product in different sizes. Just return the current item and we will resend the courier for you according to your needs.
Please note that we can only accept one exchange per item per order. If you need to return an exchanged item, you must do so within the original return period.
